I downloaded from another source that someone linked in the comments on Monday afternoon. You will need to go through the entire "Setup TV Signal" process in (WMC) order for my work around to load the guide (10 minutes or so). I get all the channels but I do not get the ability to attempt to download the guide. I live in San Diego area. So the absence of said ratings poses a tangible problem. Windows Media Center Guide No Data Available

Not sure if you could copy the guide data over? The goal is to continue to provide about two weeks of guide data. Any thoughts on this?

Kudos to Microsoft for forcing me to use 2 computers to do what formerly could be accomplished on one - anything to sell more copies of Windows. This presents as "no information available" in the guide, however you will be able to tune and watch that channel.
