The most severe of the vulnerabilities could allow remote code execution if an authenticated attacker on a guest operating system runs a specially crafted application that causes the Hyper-V host operating update, the rest was not present. An attacker would have to convince a user to click the link, typically by way of an enticement in an email or Instant Messenger message. The vulnerability could allow remote code execution if an attacker with access to the local system executes a malicious application.
