Make sure there isn't a rogue drive or removable device out in disk management. Try that and see if that works. NET USE X: /DELETE NET USE X: \\server\folder Those are the commands for the batch script. View Previously Mapped Drives Everything is displaying perfectly now!

I would map a drive and when they either logged out or shut down and go back in that drive I just assigned would be gone. Use that and see if that takes care of the problem.

On Windows Vista and later there is an issue relating to the User Access Control (UAC) and mapped network drives.
