good luck. did you do anything else after the uninstall before reinstalling? If they're not the keys you’re expecting, maybe something was accidentally configured in Word’s preferences, e.g. http://tippsundtricks200.com/not-working/microsoft-wireless-keyboard-3000-some-keys-not-working.html So, the thing is that I bought a new computer (check my specs) which came with Microsoft Office 2010 included.
Although the alternative combination for "select all" still works "Ctrl+Num5". Are they stiff in Excel too?
