I've taken it apart and cleaned it with alcohol, and now its working. But I plugged in the keyboard and wireless module (the thing that's got the radio transciever and keyboard and mouse cables coming out the back). Turn off Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi Without booting into Safe mode, try turning off services such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I’ve got this thing abroad, so returning it is not an option. Check This Out

I replaced the batteries and the keyboard has worked ever since. Any special install instructions? I don't know how to go to Microsoft direct to get support for this keyboard which I only purchased 3 days...
