Thanks a lot! Reply Sayani July 19, 2015 So I fixed the store with the Windows 8 App Troubleshoot and fixed my downloaded apps by deleting then reinstalling them. Once you have completed this step, a box will pop up letting you know you’ve taken ownership of the folder and to close and reopen it. I found that ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES was missing under permissions in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, in registry edit (regedit) I added it, and granted READ permission, and everything is working fine.
